Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care to patients with breathing challenges like asthma, pneumonia and emphysema
Operate advanced equipment including Servo I ventilators, Hamilton ventilators and V60 CPAP/BIPAP machines
Perform critical procedures and ABGs to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with a close-knit team in a fast-paced acute care environment
Contribute to a Certified Primary Stroke Center with 5-star heart attack treatment ratings

Qualifications

Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
2+ years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Florida RRT license
Ready to hit the ground running in a high-volume unit

Education

Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
Experience with trauma patients a plus
Critical thinking in fast-paced settings
Team player mindset with strong patient focus
