Roles & Responsibilities

Drive financial and operational success through smart management
Lead and inspire a team of technologists toward peak performance
Champion quality improvement and regulatory compliance daily
Deliver exceptional patient-centered care and service excellence
Solve problems swiftly as a key liaison across departments
Maintain top-notch image quality and enforce vital policies
Manage staffing to hit budgets while boosting employee satisfaction

Qualifications

Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) from California Department of Health Services or ARRT license
Current CPR Certification
Five years as a Diagnostic Technologist in acute-care
Two years supervisory experience in acute-care
Desired: Certification in specialized area like CRT, NMTBC, or MRI

Education

Minimum: Associate Degree
Desired: Three to five years prior supervisory/managerial experience

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Joint Commission, Title 17 & 22, ACR compliance
Strong grasp of radiographic principles, radiation safety, and patient positioning
Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Skilled in motivating teams, delegating tasks, and resource management
