Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a dedicated clinic team to boost patient access and streamline operations
Optimize schedules and referrals partnering with directors to cut wait times and enhance patient flow
Standardize workflows and monitor key metrics driving continuous improvements in quality and safety
Champion patient safety regulatory readiness and a culture of respect and excellence
Recruit orient and develop staff ensuring top-notch competencies and daily staffing needs are met

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska or ability to obtain within 6 months
BLS certification
Clinical Competency required within 3 months
Manager Competency required within 3 months
5+ years varied RN experience including 1 year in ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing required Bachelor's degree preferred

Nursing process application in dynamic environments
Safety and infection control mastery
Effective communication both verbal and written
Clinical assessment specimen collection and equipment use
