Shift Type: Predominantly Monday-Friday day shift with flexibility for mid shifts and required open heart call

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the CVOR as part of a passionate open heart team
Collaborate with surgeons and staff to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Support patients and families with compassionate service during critical procedures
Adapt to call schedules to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage
Contribute to a growing OR environment focused on excellence

Qualifications

Current RN licensure required
3+ years Operating Room experience
Cardiac Open-Heart experience required
BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within 3 years

Education

BSN preferred; commitment to obtain within 3 years with relevant experience

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in CVOR and open heart procedures
Strong Operating Room clinical skills
Flexibility for varied shifts and call
Passion for patient-centered care
