Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate residents to understand their unique needs
Develop individualized treatment plans that empower independence
Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance daily functions, ADLs, and safety
Collaborate closely with nursing and rehab staff for outstanding outcomes
Maintain precise documentation in line with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Commitment to quality care and positive patient outcomes
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in evaluating residents
Skill in developing treatment plans
Proficiency in therapeutic interventions
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Documentation compliance
