Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the entire Radiology program with confidence and precision
Track and ensure radiology studies are submitted and reported flawlessly
Provide essential PACS training to empower your team
Collaborate with administrators and directors to deliver top-quality care
Manage equipment maintenance, inspections, and procurement quotes
Develop and maintain vital radiology policies and procedures
Lead radiation protection monitoring for staff safety
Optimize the radiology chargemaster for better revenue capture
Conduct staff evaluations and ensure competency in exams
Perform radiologic exams as needed to support the team

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology
Registered Radiological Technologist (ARRT) certification required
Registered Mammographer preferred
Registered US Technologist preferred
Basic Life Support certification
5+ years experience in Radiology Management and supervision
5+ years as Radiology Technologist
PACS training experience
CT and MRI technologist experience preferred

Education

Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology

Knowledge & Skills

Federal, state, and accreditation regulations for radiology services
Digitized imaging and MQSA requirements
Effective oral and written communication
Multi-tasking and supervising diverse teams
Writing radiology manuals and documenting medical info
Creating strong team environments
Learning new imaging exams quickly
