Shift Type: 8 hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, 40 hours guaranteed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on patient care through targeted exercise programs that rebuild strength and mobility
Apply therapeutic massage techniques to ease pain and promote healing
Guide patients in gait and balance training to restore confidence and independence
Implement diverse therapeutic interventions under PT supervision to maximize recovery outcomes
Meticulously record patient progress and share insights with physical therapists for optimal treatment plans

Qualifications

2 years of PTA experience to hit the ground running
Active Texas PT license or compact state license
Passionate about helping patients regain their quality of life

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in exercise therapy and patient rehabilitation
Skilled in massage, gait training, and balance exercises
Strong documentation and communication with therapy teams
