Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to neuro stepdown patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met
Contribute to a healing environment that makes a real difference

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Experience in neuro stepdown or similar unit preferred
BLS certification required
Strong clinical skills and compassion for patients

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Neuro stepdown nursing expertise
Patient assessment and monitoring
Team collaboration and communication
Critical thinking in fast-paced settings
