Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead daily unit operations and coordinate patient care to ensure a safe, efficient environment
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans and improve outcomes
• Manage staffing and resources for the unit, including scheduling and on-call coordination
• Act decisively during clinical escalations and provide leadership presence on the floor
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and clinical performance

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (able to practice in the assignment state)
• Experience as a Unit Manager or in a leadership role within a nursing unit
• Comfort with and availability for on-call duties as required by the facility
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team leadership skills
• Willingness to commit to the 14-week travel assignment
