Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a supportive environment
Circulate C-sections with confidence and precision as part of a skilled surgical team
Monitor fetal heart rates and respond swiftly to any changes during high-risk deliveries
Collaborate with OB techs and on-call neonatologists to ensure seamless patient experiences
Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units, bringing your versatile expertise to every shift
Follow AWHONN guidelines and honor personalized birth plans that matter deeply to families

Qualifications

Active California RN license
2 years of recent L&D/PP experience required
Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
Proven ability to circulate C-sections
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Travel experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fetal monitoring interpretation with Fetal Link system
Comfortable caring for patients 34 weeks and above, including high-risk deliveries
Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced OB setting
Ability to adapt quickly between L&D and Postpartum environments
