Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care
Administer medications and treatments according to approved techniques and policies
Develop and execute patient plans of care
Participate in performance improvement activities
Provide guidance to other units and departments

Qualifications

Current IL RN License
ICU experience required
CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Education

Accredited nursing program graduate

Knowledge & Skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving
Effective communication and collaboration
Patient safety and experience
Clinical expertise in ICU and Medical Surgical units
