Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Nights, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, first to float

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $92 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead hospital-wide operations as House Supervisor overseeing staffing and bed assignments
Collaborate with charge nurses to ensure seamless patient care across all units
Respond swiftly to patient needs, complaints, and staffing challenges
Coordinate with administration, cath lab, and OR teams during off-hours
Drive impactful decisions that keep the entire facility thriving

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 3 years of experience
Proven background as a House Supervisor
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
COVID vaccine required

Education

BSN preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hospital-wide supervision and crisis management
Strong communication for working with diverse teams
Proficiency in Cerner charting
Ability to handle varied patient diagnoses across units
