Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients with dignity and respect
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs accurately and promptly communicate changes
Support nursing staff with specimen collection and basic clinical tasks when certified
Maintain a clean, safe patient environment following infection control practices
Build rapport with patients and families to create a reassuring care experience

Qualifications

Current CNA or PCT certification preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required or obtainable upon hire
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic clinical procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
CNA or patient care technician certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care basics and infection control
Skill in taking and documenting vital signs
Familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Teamwork and clear communication with clinical staff
