Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with every 3rd weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized occupational therapy services in patients' homes across your assigned region
Help patients regain independence after strokes, joint replacements, and spinal injuries
Collaborate with PT and Speech colleagues to provide comprehensive home-based care
Complete OASIS documentation to ensure compliance with government requirements
Support patients and families with tailored rehabilitation plans that truly matter
Work alongside rehab aides to maximize patient outcomes and care quality

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
At least 1 year of experience working as an OT
Experience with OASIS documentation required
Home health experience preferred but not mandatory
Cerner EMR experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills for home health patients
Comfortable working independently in home settings
Excellent communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Proficient with OASIS and Cerner documentation systems
Flexible and adaptable to meet patient needs across various diagnoses
