Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, aides, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Support activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Maintain clean, safe charting and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Valid LPN license (appropriate for practice in Pennsylvania) — required
Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Comfortable with electronic documentation and basic computer use

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
Current LPN licensure as required by state

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assessment and clinical judgment
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Infection control procedures and patient safety standards
Effective interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and staff
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
