Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with compassion and attention to detail
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team
Document assessments, interventions and patient responses accurately
Collaborate with nurses, physicians and support staff for coordinated care
Support patients and families with clear, respectful communication

Qualifications

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — able to practice in Pennsylvania
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Comfortable working 8-hour clinical shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical skills in medication administration and basic assessments
Familiarity with charting and documentation best practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
Compassion, teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
