Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within LPN scope
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status and report changes to RN/MD promptly
Document patient care, observations, and interventions in the chart
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Assist with basic procedures and support a safe, sanitary environment

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of Georgia (or compact/multi-state as applicable)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Minimum clinical experience preferred; ready-to-work new grads welcome to apply
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN program) or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and vital signs monitoring
Fundamental patient assessment skills
Comfortable using electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Teamwork, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a busy setting
