Location: Danbury, CT
Start Date: 05-08-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility while promoting dignity
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation and chart resident care activities clearly
- Support safe transfers and fall-prevention practices to keep residents secure
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care every shift
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
- Willingness to complete facility-specific orientation and background checks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a compassionate bedside manner
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with ADLs and basic patient care principles
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
- Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling practices
- Good observation skills and the ability to escalate concerns appropriately
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability in a clinical environment
