Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions tailored to each patient
Perform thorough assessments and document progress clearly and professionally
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
Educate patients and families on exercise programs, safety and recovery strategies
Participate in orientation and onboarding activities to integrate into the team

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
Clean background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
Comfort with documentation in electronic medical records
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; patient-centered mindset

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise and manual techniques
Ability to create clear, goal-oriented treatment plans
Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
Comfortable collaborating with nurses, physicians and other therapists
Time-management skills for efficient 4-hour shift workflows
