Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents/patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient condition and document changes clearly and promptly
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and follow care plans
Support daily living activities while promoting patient dignity
Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Uphold facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control practices

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (PA licensure required or eligible)
Active CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable administering meds and performing basic nursing procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills — you’ll be part of a tight team
Able to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Prior LPN experience preferred but caring attitude and willingness to learn are a must

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or certificate
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic patient care skills
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting (if available)
Infection control, safety procedures, and patient monitoring
Time management and prioritization in a busy care environment
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
