Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Saturday-Sunday (every other weekend) and some holidays, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in resident condition
Support safe transfers and fall-prevention practices with attention to detail
Work collaboratively with the care team to implement individualized care plans
Contribute to a positive, respectful environment for residents and families

Qualifications

Active LNA license (New Hampshire or Vermont) — required
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working the 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM night shift
Reliable local candidate able to work every other weekend and occasional holidays
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant (LNA) program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and resident assistance
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Safe resident transfer and mobility support
Clear, professional communication with residents, families, and staff
Time management and ability to prioritize in a busy care setting
