Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to detail
Accurately document patient interactions and clinical observations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent care
Follow facility policies and maintain high standards of safety and infection control
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to stay current and confident
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

Valid state license or certification as required for the role
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Ability to pass background and credentialing checks
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Relevant certificate, diploma, or associate degree preferred depending on role

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care principles and best practices
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Solid time management and organizational skills
Clear verbal and written communication
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
