Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Assist nursing staff with vital signs, observations, and documentation in a timely manner
- Support residents during meals, mobility, and hygiene with dignity and respect
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures
- Report changes in resident condition promptly to appropriate clinical staff
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state-required credentials)
- Active authorization to work in the U.S. (as applicable)
- Ability to pass background check, TB screening, and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered approach
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completed state-approved CNA training program and active certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Basic knowledge of infection control and safety practices
- Accurate documentation and charting habits
- Comfortable working as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Able to follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
