Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs and observe patients for changes in condition
Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility, promoting dignity and comfort
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and patient interactions
Communicate effectively with the nursing team and report any concerns promptly
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (must be active and in good standing)
Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening as part of onboarding
Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed certified nursing assistant training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding)
Proficient in taking and documenting vital signs
Knowledge of infection control best practices
Basic charting and documentation skills (electronic or paper)
Strong teamwork, time management, and patient-focused bedside manner
