Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs and report changes promptly
• Support safe transfers and mobility to reduce fall risk
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care
• Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and the care team
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification, Pennsylvania preferred
• Completion of an accredited CNA program or equivalent training
• Valid basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
• Comfortable working evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Compassionate communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong fundamentals in patient care and infection control
• Skilled at taking vital signs and observing clinical changes
• Experience assisting with ADLs and safe patient handling
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Customer-service mindset when interacting with residents and families
