Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) with compassion and dignity
Provide safe, hands-on care including transfers and ambulation assistance
Monitor and accurately record vital signs and resident observations
Support nursing team with timely communication and clear documentation
Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment for residents
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through attentive, respectful care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED preferred
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

CNA certification (required)
High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and safe transfer techniques
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
Infection prevention and control practices
Clear, professional documentation and communication
Compassionate resident-centered care and teamwork
