Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based clinical care for adults with mental health needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions in line with best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity
• Document encounters, treatment progress, and safety planning accurately and timely
• Participate in training week and ongoing professional development activities
• Support crisis intervention and stabilization as needed to keep members safe

Qualifications

• Active California LCSW license required (or equivalent clinical licensure such as Psychologist where appropriate)
• Experience in mental health and clinical care (previous behavioral health experience preferred)
• Ability to work the posted schedules: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 4x10s, or approved .75 FTE schedules
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively on a clinical team
• Current malpractice insurance (if required) and ability to complete onboarding/training

Education

• Master of Social Work (MSW) required for LCSW candidates
• Doctoral or master's degree in psychology for Psychologist candidates where applicable
• Relevant clinical graduate degree and completed supervised clinical hours

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Proficient in therapeutic modalities appropriate to population served
• Comfortable with documentation standards and timely charting
• Good crisis management and de-escalation skills
• Clear communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
