Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, general surgery, spine, and urology cases
Prepare and maintain sterile fields while assisting surgeons throughout each operation
Collaborate with specialty leads and charge nurses to ensure smooth case flow in a high-volume OR
Handle surgical instruments and supplies with precision during ortho, vascular, and general surgery cases
Support the surgical team in a fast-paced environment with 20-30 cases daily across 6 suites plus a hybrid room

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of full-time Surgical Tech experience required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong scrubbing skills in multiple surgical specialties
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume operating room
Comfortable with call requirements and rotating schedules
Familiarity with Cerner documentation system
Excellent teamwork and communication in the OR
