Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable end times, plus rotating call coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians during surgical procedures as directed
Serve as first assistant across ortho, robotics, neuro, GYN, urology, vascular, and general cases
Scrub in and support the surgical team throughout procedures
Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled

Qualifications

Active RN license with RNFA certification
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
Proven scrubbing skills as an RN
Ability to handle varied case types including robotics and complex procedures

Knowledge & Skills

Robotics experience is essential
Comfortable with ortho totals, scopes, and joint replacements
Familiar with neuro spine, brain tumors, and cranial procedures
Knowledge of GYN oncology and robotic hysterectomies
Cerner EMR experience preferred
