Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients on the Cardiopulmonary Telemetry and Neuro unit
Monitor and interpret EKGs while delivering expert telemetry nursing
Collaborate with hospitalists, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Support patients with neuro, CVA, pulmonary, and general telemetry needs
Administer care using Airvo/High Flow systems and ensure safe medication management

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or neuro experience within the past 6 months
Successful completion of Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts maximum)
EKG interpretation proficiency required

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and centralized EKG interpretation
Neuro and cardiopulmonary patient care
Airvo/High Flow oxygen therapy
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Collaborative approach with charge nurses and hospitalists
