Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wounds, and general debility
Collaborate with nursing staff and fellow therapists to deliver exceptional patient care
Precept students or new team members when the opportunity arises
Document treatment sessions and track patient progress with attention to detail
Support patients through recovery journeys from fractures to sports injuries

Qualifications

Current Texas state and national PT license
BLS certification required
Wound care experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable working in both inpatient and outpatient environments
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy across IP and OP settings
Wound care techniques and best practices
Treating ortho, neuro, and general rehabilitation patients
Building rapport with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Adapting care plans to meet individual patient needs
