Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM plus call evenings and weekends with 30-minute response time

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate in all surgical specialties including CV, Neuro, Ortho, and General procedures
Support robotic-assisted surgeries using both Mako and DaVinci systems
Ensure smooth OR operations during CABGs, craniotomies, total joints, and trauma cases
Collaborate with surgeons and staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Precept new team members when needed and maintain high standards of practice

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital OR experience strongly preferred
Proven robotics experience with Mako and DaVinci systems
Strong CV circulation skills including CABGs
Ability to float between Bryan and College Station campuses

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise circulating CV, Neuro, Ortho, and General cases
Comfortable with DaVinci and Mako robotic platforms
Experience handling trauma, total joints, and open belly procedures
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable and committed to minimal call-outs
