Shift Type: Nights, 12-hour shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Step into the charge nurse role and lead with confidence
Pass medications accurately to make a real difference in residents' lives
Perform wound care with skill and compassion
Care for patients with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia in a supportive LTC environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS certification required
At least 2 years of nursing experience
LTC experience is a must-have for success here

Education

ADN or BSN preferred, BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MatrixCare EMR system
Strong medication administration and wound care skills
Comfortable managing nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:19 on nights
Experience with oxygen concentrators and basic resident care
