Location: Hilo, Hawaii

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable - Day and Night shifts possible - 12 Hour shifts (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation. Scheduled 12 hours call at least once/month. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide care for laboring mothers
Assist with deliveries
Provide immediate care for newborns
Post-delivery care for mothers
Utilize computerized system - Meditech
Utilize fetal monitoring system - GE/Centricity

Qualifications

Hawaii RN license (or eligible for licensure)
Minimum 3 years of labor and delivery experience
BLS certification
NRP certification
STABLE and Advance FM recommended
