Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Provide comprehensive nursing care and promote patient safety
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
Document patient vitals, responses, and interventions accurately
Educate patients and families on cardiac health and recovery

Qualifications

Current RN license in Virginia required
BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
ACLS certification preferred
At least one year of recent RN experience in telemetry or acute care setting
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Compassionate patient-centered care approach
