Shift Type: Flexible shifts as needed - day, night, or rotating

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to critically ill children and their families
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex medical equipment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Current BLS and PALS certifications
Minimum 1 year of recent PICU or critical care experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric assessment and critical care interventions
Proficient in IV starts, medication administration, and ventilator management
Comfortable with central lines, arterial lines, and chest tubes
Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure
