Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, family-centered care to critically ill children
Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Educate and support families through challenging times

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
BCLS certification required
PALS certification preferred
Experience in pediatric or critical care nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
