Shift Type: Flexible 6-hour shifts, day/evening options available

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and manage pain levels during recovery
Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure safe patient outcomes
Educate families on post-procedure care instructions
Maintain a calm and comforting environment for children and families

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington State
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
PALS certification required
Minimum 1 year of PACU or critical care experience preferred
Pediatric nursing experience is a plus

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient advocacy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate care for pediatric patients and their families
Proficiency in electronic health records
