Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care following facility policies and standards
• Assess patient condition and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans
• Document patient care and progress clearly and timely in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on condition, treatment plans, and discharge needs
• Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes in all care activities

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Clinical experience in acute care or relevant specialty preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable professional references and a commitment to patient-centered care

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Assessment and clinical judgment skills to identify patient needs
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Time management and prioritization in a dynamic clinical environment
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
