Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, specialized care to pediatric patients in the operating room
Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring a sterile and safe environment
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes with precision
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes
Educate and support families before and after surgery

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
Minimum 1 year of OR experience, pediatric experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of perioperative nursing and sterile technique
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with electronic health records
