Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered Med/Surg and pediatric nursing care
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members for coordinated care
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain clinical excellence
Educate patients and families about care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or eligible for compact RN privileges
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications encouraged
Clinical experience or training in Med/Surg and pediatric nursing (experience preferred)
Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient communication skills
Willingness to participate in orientation as provided by the facility

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid Med/Surg nursing knowledge with pediatric care capabilities
Proficient medication administration and IV/infusion skills
Skilled in patient assessment, documentation, and care planning
Comfortable working in electronic health record systems
Excellent teamwork, communication, and family-centered care approach
