Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert critical care to ICU patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Administer medications and treatments with precision
Educate patients and families during critical moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
ICU or critical care experience preferred
Strong assessment and decision-making skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care protocols
Advanced cardiac life support
Patient monitoring systems
Emergency response procedures
