Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition with precision and speed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring patient safety
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in critical care nursing and advanced life support
Proficiency with patient monitoring equipment and electronic health records
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Strong assessment and problem-solving abilities
