Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma ER
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of physicians, mid-levels, and support staff to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Float between four facilities, gaining diverse experience and building new connections
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond swiftly to critical changes
- Educate patients and families while maintaining a calm, reassuring presence during emergencies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ATCN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience with at least 6 months in a Level 1 Trauma center
- Cerner EMR experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong cardiac monitoring and strip interpretation skills
- Ability to maintain sterile technique during procedures
- Comfortable floating between multiple campuses
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Quick critical thinking in high-acuity situations
