Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with activities of daily living
Monitor and accurately record vital signs and patient observations
Support the nursing team with procedures and patient transports
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients
Document care and communication clearly in the patient record
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to promote positive outcomes
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to keep skills sharp

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
CNA or Patient Care Technician certification preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working in a clinical environment and assisting with direct patient care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass standard background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED required
CNA or PCT training preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Basic infection control and safety practices
Clear, concise charting and documentation
Good time management and prioritization
Compassionate patient and family communication
