Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Variable 6-hour shifts, per diem basis

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures
Analyze patient samples accurately and efficiently
Ensure quality control and maintain lab equipment
Document and report test results in a timely manner
Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient care

Qualifications

Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by ASCP or equivalent
Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
Proficiency with laboratory information systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
