Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor and record vital signs and clinical observations with attention to detail
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Document care thoroughly in the patient record to support continuity
Support patient comfort, dignity, and safety every shift

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality patient care

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse program
High school diploma or GED (typical requirement for program entry)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
Wound care fundamentals and infection control practices
Accurate charting and documentation practices
Comfortable working in a fast-paced care environment and prioritizing tasks
Collaborative communication with nurses, CNAs, and other care team members
