Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, promoting dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition changes
Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with the care team and communicate effectively with families

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN license (Pennsylvania preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Previous experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/shot experience
Wound care and infection control best practices
Proficient charting and clinical documentation
Ability to assess patient needs and escalate changes appropriately
Teamwork, time management, and patient advocacy
