Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients during overnight hours
Administer medications, treatments, and document care accurately and promptly
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to coordinate safe care transitions
Perform thorough patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
Support a calm, healing environment for patients and families during night shifts

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (or compact state privileges where applicable)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Prior LPN clinical experience, preferably in acute care or hospital settings
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently overnight
Ability to pass required background checks and credentialing

Education

Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation practices
Good clinical judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic assessment skills for adult patient populations
Teamwork mindset and clear, respectful communication
