Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care in accordance with plan of care
Administer medications and document accurately and promptly
Monitor patient vital signs and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
Support patient comfort and safety while maintaining professional standards
Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and care plans
Keep clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

Current and active LPN license in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Ability to work reliably and professionally as part of a care team

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of nursing fundamentals and clinical assessment
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Infection control and safety procedures
Electronic medical record (EMR) familiarity — document clearly and concisely
Time management and prioritization in a busy care environment
